Payment and shipping info.
Most of the items are in stock. If there is an item on backorder I will contact you via e-mail and try to give you an approximate date of delivery.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, (orders are packaged and shipped as
they are received). Since we both work full time jobs, as well, it is difficult to get to the post office in a timely manner. During the holiday season we may have a hard time filling orders due to manufacture demands as well. At times we may not be able to fill your order in the time allotted or we may ask you for a second choice in colors. Holiday periods please allow 3-6 weeks to fill your order. Bear in mind that this may occur, and thank you in advance for your requests.
Special orders~please allow 2-3 weeks to fill your request and then allow the above shipping time frame as well. All special orders are non-returnable and payment must be made in full prior to shipping.
Most of our products are covered by manufacture warranty. If there are any problems, questions, or concerns please notify us via e-mail and we will do our best to accomodate you and fill your needs.
Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges regarding returns and at the discretion of 4Ohana Stylz. Do not return any products unless it has been authorized by us. Any shipments that are refused for any reason, we will refund your purchase less the shipping and handling fees.
